The Mozart Dinner Concert is unique in Salzburg and the world. Imagine the experience of living in Mozart's Salzburg, with all its colourful costumes and its culinary joys. Enjoy the most popular compositions by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart by candlelight in the stylish ambiance of the famous Stiftskeller St. Peter Baroque Salon. Music is performed by Salzburg Artists in historical costumes, and a three-course dinner is served, prepared as it was in the time of Mozart. The musical programme is performed between the courses.

The ensemble 'Amadeus Consort Salzburg', consisting of two singers and five instrumentalists, specialises in the works of Salzburg's 'genius loci', or 'local genius', Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The three-part concert program includes popular compositions from 'The Magic Flute', 'Don Giovanni' and 'Eine Kleine Nachtmusik'. Thirty thousand copies of their first CD, 'Zu Gast bei Mozart' ('At Home with Mozart') were produced and enjoyed. The ensemble regularly gives performances abroad and participates in numerous TV productions.

The three-course Mozart Dinner is prepared according to traditional recipes from the 17th and 18th century and is served during the pauses in the concerts:
- White lemon cream soup with cinnamon
- Breast of roasted Capon on truffled cream with sage, polenta, 'pear potatoes' and vegetables from the Prior's garden
- Mozart's sweet secret: semi-frozen parfait of honey with fruit puree.
Vegetarian dinner available upon request.
